No More Wear and Tear for Skateboards
A new product that can increase the longevity of a skateboard

Boca Raton, Fla.-A new innovation for all skateboarders called, Xeno
Plates™, solves the problem of screws wedging their way through skateboard
decks. Xeno Plates™ protects the board from the wear and tear of the wood
surrounding the deck screws.

Inventor, Tony LaVigne, has designed the Xeno Plates, which are made from a
strong, yet light aluminum alloy, that are simply screwed onto any standard
skateboard deck. The thin, rigid plate increases the skateboard’s
durability by spreading out the tension forces of the screws over a much
larger area of the deck.

LaVigne, who is also the president of Xeno Mechanics, says that performance
and longevity of decks are maximized since the screws stay tight and the
stresses on the board are relieved.

Xeno Plates™ are available in an “X” or rectangle shape, maroon, gold or
silver colors and sells for $4.95 each.

“Radical concepts in skateboard hardware have been far and few between.
Xeno is going to change all that and the Xeno Plate™ is proof,” said
LaVigne.

Xeno Plates may be viewed online at www.xenoplates/plate_gallery/index.php
